Termination
Termination is when an employee’s job is ending. This can be as a result of a voluntary termination when the employee has given you notice they intend to vacate their position. Involuntary termination is when you decide that the employee is no longer is needed. This can be for cause such as attendance, policy violations or other performance-based problem. Another example of termination is when you do not have enough work to justify the staffing levels of the organization.
