Work Environment

Work environment includes anything that describes conditions in the workplace.  It can include physical conditions such as office space, computer equipment and other tools and resources employees need to do their jobs.  It also includes the behaviors and attitudes exhibited by the entire work team.  A hostile work environment is created when the workplace is made difficult or uncomfortable for others.  One of the most common complaints is sexual harassment.
